INTRODUCTION
In order to be a leader in our 'hood, you must go thru this program to develop you to have the skills to perform the duties of being an ALiens leader. It is a great honor in Cybertown to be a leader of ALiens because we represent excellence. If you can handle a challenge please read on! "You must
have at least 80 experience points to start the
course."
At the end of each lesson is an assignment. Complete the assignment on the form provided. Work at your own speed and send in the lessons as you complete them. YOU MUST REMEMBER, If we do not receive an assigment within two weeks from your last assignment, YOU WILL BE DELETED FROM THE COURSE! Not all the information you require to complete the assignments is provided in the text of the course. You will have to find the information yourself. Ask your BL for help, if you need it! The answer "I don't know" is unacceptable. Remember that your assigned BL is there to help you. Ask your BL or any ALiens Leader for assistance and information that you need.
AWARD
(named in the honor of the ALiens BL who worked with Corbee our former NL to conceive the ALDP) The prestigious "Seraphim Award" will be presented to the student who
best exemplifies the leadership qualities expected of an ALiens
Leader. The winner will be selected by the Training Department and approved by the NL. This course is challenging and work. A word from our NL: If you are up to the challenge, want a fulfilling, meaningful experience here, then welcome to our team and family. If not, there are plenty

The
ALDP consists of fifteen (15) lessons. 
Each month, one student will be selected to receive
the "Seraphim Award"
